Do distance learning programs through colleges make your certifications in whatever you study look bad?

I want to go to an online college to further my education but i already work 6o hours a week from my home, i provide daycare, but im not sure if it reflects well.I want to study to become a holistic health practitioner and theres nowhere in my state that does that(Michigan) and like i said i work to much anyways to go to an actual school,so i found a place called claytons college of natural health and they offer a distance learning program but like i said im unsure, Any suggestions?
