Online degree - Distance learning -What are the most legitimate?

I’m already successful at what I do but I want to pursue a degree in either Political Science or Criminal Justice.

What are the top schools for distance learning that are legitimate? Even if I eventually wanted to get a masters. Phoenix and school like it seem VERY VERY cheezy.

Any suggestions?
