I’m interested in starting my own business but don’t have time to go to school in person. I’m looking for a certificate program or just individual courses/classes that are good for individuals interested in learning desktop publishing, creative programs like adobe illustrator/photoshop, etc. My options: online/distance learning classes available online or individual courses at a local school or center in Long Island….Any ideas??

Hi there,
I intend to soon join an online college but was wondering if there are any disadvantages to distance learning classes I should be aware of before I join.
Thanks a lot!!

I am interested in a Principles of Buying course and a beginners course to become a warehouse technician and have no idea where to start. I would prefer an on-line course as where I live there is no college and the closest city is 2.5 hrs away.

Is it better to take a DL MBA or a full time course(taking leave) when you are working in an industry? Please note that taking leave reduce your work expierience in the industry and will deprive you of salary?

Give me any feedback (negative or positive) about south african universities & yr opinion whatever it is. The reason why I chose it is because it has a degree program that I want & didn’t find in other distance learning universities. But I’m feeling skeptic about it, I’m afraid they wont accept my degree.
